Uses:
Removes scale, slime, and rust that form in boilers, cooling water pipes, and heat exchangers.
How to Use:
- For best results, first remove and degrease any oil, slag, spatter, wax, tar, scale, rust, or other contaminants from the stainless steel surface before use.
- Apply evenly using a soft brush or spray equipment. (If using a brush, apply in a consistent direction to avoid streaks.)
- The recommended application thickness is 1 mm, and the optimal surface temperature is 15–25°C.
- In summer, avoid direct sunlight, and it is more effective to perform acid treatment in the morning or evening.
- In winter, performing acid treatment indoors can improve effectiveness.
- The recommended treatment time is at least 30 minutes (at 25°C). If the temperature is lower, extend the treatment time accordingly.
- In direct sunlight during summer, ensure the applied surface does not dry out. When the reaction is complete, the treated area will turn a light blue color.
- After finishing the process, thoroughly rinse the treated surface with plenty of water.
- Finally, perform neutralization and rinse with high-pressure water for even better results.
- Always wear appropriate safety gear such as rubber gloves, boots, protective clothing, and safety goggles during use.
- Work in a well-ventilated area, and if ventilation is insufficient, ensure adequate ventilation measures are taken.
Cautions:
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as respiratory protection, rubber gloves, boots, protective clothing, and safety goggles during use.
- If the product comes into contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- After completing the work, wash the area thoroughly with water to ensure no residue remains.
- Work in a well-ventilated area; if working inside a tank, install ventilation equipment.
- Dispose of waste liquid according to wastewater disposal regulations.
